It’s like a concert tour, but with sketchbooks.
Anyone from around the world can be a part of this touring sketchbook project. The main idea is that thousands of sketchbooks will be released to individuals who sign up to participate. Participation cost $25. When you sign up, you will be required to choose a theme of interest and the color of moleskin you would like. Once you receive your sketchbook in the mail, sketch away!
Once all sketchbooks are returned, the books will then go on a traveling tour to galleries and museums around the USA. What a perfect way to get your work in front of thousands of people. Once the tour is over, your sketchbook would then be entered into the permanent collection of The Brooklyn Art Library.
