{close to home} is a story about two regular people doing what every surfer dreams about – taking a year and traveling to as many places as possible to score epic waves! Puerto Rico, the Maldives, New Zealand, and South and West Oz act as the backdrop for beautiful adventures and lessons learned in environmental protection.
{close to home} has just announced they will be taking pre-orders starting in November for DVDs, t-shirts, and reusable shopping bags. 50 % of all profits from the movie will directly benefit Surfrider Foundation’s Rise Above Plastics campaign. The film is due to be out beginning of December.
