Totally unrelated to the glut of posts relating to Mr. Beirut, Dark Dark Dark is a quartet consisting of a cello, bass, banjo and an accordion and basically sound quirky and awesome for those days when I want something a little off my beaten path. They hail from Minneappolis and New York and their sound is in the vein of Beirut, Bowerbirds, and Breathe Owl Breathe (which all strangely enough all start with the letter B).
